Virginia Tourism is offering 40% off at many luxury hotels and resorts in 2009, including The Homestead in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley, the historic Jefferson Hotel in Richmond, and the newly renovated Berkeley Hotel.
While you are there, plan to visit a local festival since in many cases tickets have been discounted 40% as well.
